I am living my expanded purpose as a Sacred Living and Wellness Coach.  I teach practices for the highest well-being of the mind, body and soul including intuition, manifesting, and divine purpose.  I also facilitate Sophia Circle Journeys® guiding clients through the teachings of The Sophia Code.   The Sophia Code is the study of 8 Divine Feminine Ascended Masters who mentor us in how to live our highest potential every day by releasing attachment to fear and integrating divine love into our daily lives. My Legacy of LOVE for my family, friends, co-workers and clients is Listening, Optimism, Validation and Empowerment (LOVE).
